More than ten years ago, Matt Ross started cooking paella as a way to bring friends and family together in the backyard. The fire, the pan, the shared table — it quickly became more than a meal.

Over time, that tradition evolved into Brasa.

Today, Matt brings the same warmth and live-fire energy to private celebrations and special events, transforming outdoor spaces into unforgettable dining experiences. Each pan is cooked on-site, over open flame, honoring the ritual of gathering and the beauty of slowing down around the table.
